The Monastery is a hip hop collective founded in Pleasant Grove, AL, (2010) centered around the up-and-coming duo Paco and Carlos Charm. "We chose the name "The Monastery" because the monastery where monks live, meditate, and reach enlightenment. Music is the channel we use to help those around us come together and attain a higher understanding of the world, of others, and of ourselves."
